Return And Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your order must be returned to us in new condition, in the original box, to one of our warehouses within 30 days of receiving shipment. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There are no returns or refunds for orders outside of the continental US.

Cancelation Policy

A customer may cancel an order at any time prior to the shipping confirmation being issued at no cost. If the customer is to request a cancellation after the shipping confirmation is issued, the request will not be honored. A customer can return the shipment upon receipt of the order within 30 days (as per the policy above), but the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the customer refuses delivery in the case of attempted cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated.
