Pre Orders And Deliveries

Do I have to pay the whole amount up front or can I pay a deposit?

To reserve your bike on the next available shipment, payment must be made in full. You're able to cancel for a full refund at any point until your bike is shipped. By the time a container of bikes lands at our warehouse, most bikes have been reserved.

If there is damage during shipping, can you send parts to fix the damage?

Yes, we need pictures of the damage caused during shipping within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. After we receive the pictures we can ship the replacement parts to you as quickly as possible based on their availability. 

 Warranty

What is the warranty on the bikes?

All our bikes come with a 1 year warranty that covers any manufacturer defects. This does not include anything deemed to be self inflicted by improper use of the bike. To make a warranty claim, you must send a video of the issue for it to be examined. Once deemed to be a warranty issue, we will send the part/parts to fix the issue.
